Access to shared media beyond this is exclusively granted to the assigned admin of the event through a secure admin portal, as well as to technical personnel only when absolutely necessary to fulfill their role.

At ZekraHub.com, we provide access to the gallery portal for image sharing through a URL. This URL is intentionally not publicized and is shared exclusively within the event's physical location via QR codes or displayed links. While anyone with the URL can access the event gallery, its restricted distribution ensures that only attendees or authorized individuals such as event guests can view it.
To enhance privacy and security, we implement access tokens with fixed expiry dates. These tokens ensure that the gallery portal is accessible only during the specific hours determined by the client. Once the token expires, access to the gallery is automatically revoked, preventing unauthorized access outside the designated timeframe. This layered approach ensures that the gallery remains private, secure, and accessible only to those intended by the event organizer.
Upon reservation, the event owners are granted access to a password protected Admin Portal, where they have full control over all shared content, with the ability to download, delete, or hide any post. Deleting posts through the Admin Portal completely wipes the data from the cloud database where it is hosted. No copies or backup of the content are ever created, unless explicitly requested by the event owners.
